NeurOptimal® brain training involves the placement of two minor electrodes on the head and three on the ears. These electrodes detect electrical signals in the brain and subtly guide it towards improved efficiency by introducing slight interruptions in the media played throughout the training session. During the session, individuals can unwind with eyes closed or observe soothing abstract visuals displayed on a screen.
The number of sessions required can range depending on individual specific goals. Following a complete NeurOptimal® course, individuals find value in refresher sessions, particularly during challenging life situations, to aid in reorienting and revitalizing the brain towards self-moderation.
