Welcome

Loss changes everything. It can alter how you see the world, how you move through your days, and how you make sense of who you are now.

If you’ve found your way here, you may be looking for a place where your grief can be met with understanding rather than advice, with gentleness rather than pressure to feel differently. My work is about offering that space—a calm, compassionate presence where your loss can be witnessed, your emotions are allowed, and you can explore what support looks like for you right now.

Integrative Grief Support:

Integrating grief education, NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback, and EFT, I offer a compassionate space that supports your nervous system and emotional landscape, helping you find gentle self‑understanding as you navigate loss in a world that feels forever changed.

How I can support you:

Grief Education

As a Certified Grief Educator, trained by David Kessler, I offer education that helps you understand and navigate the profound and often confusing landscape of grief. This work isn’t about fixing or moving on—it’s about creating a calm, unhurried space where all of your feelings are welcome.

Together, we explore:

Gentle reflection and language that helps make sense of what you’re feeling.

Practical tools for navigating waves of grief in daily life.

Support in naming emotions that may feel conflicting, heavy, or hard to express.

A place to ask questions about grief that you may not feel free to ask anywhere else.

Grief education helps you move with your loss—at your own pace—so you can find moments of steadiness and compassion even when the path
ahead feels uncertain. It’s equally meaningful for friends, families, and caregivers who wish to show up more supportively for someone they love.

NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback and Grief

Grief can feel disorienting—like the ground has shifted beneath you. NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback offers a gentle way to support your nervous system during this tender time.

By helping the brain regulate itself more efficiently, neurofeedback encourages emotional calm, mental clarity, and resilience. Rather than numbing or avoiding feelings, this process can ease the intensity of emotional overwhelm, allowing you to meet your grief with greater steadiness and self‑kindness.

As your nervous system becomes more balanced, the weight of loss can feel a little more bearable, and you may start to notice more moments of ease returning.

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and Grief

EFT, or tapping, offers a gentle, practical way to be with the emotional intensity of grief by giving your mind and body something structured and soothing to do when everything feels overwhelming. During grief, the nervous system can sit in a constant state of alert; tapping on specific acupressure points while acknowledging what you’re feeling can help reduce emotional overwhelm, steady your breathing, and create moments of ease.

Rather than trying to “fix” or remove grief, EFT creates a safe container for feelings like sadness, anger, guilt, or numbness, so they feel a little more tolerable and less consuming. Over time, this can support moments of calm in the storm, make it easier to sleep or rest, and help you stay more connected to yourself and your needs as you move through a world that has changed.

Is Grief Support Right for You?

Grief support may be right for you if:

  • You feel alone or misunderstood in your grief, wondering if what you’re feeling is “too much” or “not normal.”
  • On the outside you might seem to be coping, but inside you feel numb, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward.
  • You long for a space where your pain will be acknowledged and held with care.
  • You feel unseen or unsupported in your grief – like the world has moved on while you’re still trying to find your footing.
  • You’re supporting someone who is grieving and want to show up with more understanding, confidence, and compassion.

Wherever you are in your grief, you don’t have to face it alone. Together, we can create a space where your loss is witnessed, your story is heard, and your experience is met with care and respect.

About me

My work is grounded in the belief that grief isn’t something to be fixed—it’s something to be witnessed, honoured, and supported. Over the past two years, I’ve been in what I think of as a season of grief—a time when loss arrived in many different shapes and sizes, often overlapping and compounding. It has been all‑consuming at times, and often felt like entirely new terrain. Within this season, I experienced a profound personal loss that taught me first-hand how isolating and messy grief can feel—and how deeply we need spaces where we can simply be with what is. That experience became a turning point, awakening in me a purpose to walk beside others through their own losses.

As a Certified Grief Educator trained by David Kessler, I bring compassionate listening, presence, and practical tools to help others navigate this tender terrain. I’m not here with answers, but with faith in the natural capacity for connection and meaning that can emerge when we feel truly supported. Grief takes many forms—not only from the death of a loved one, but also from the loss of relationships, pets, homes, jobs, identity, health, or dreams that once felt certain. All loss deserves to be met with tenderness and understanding. There is no hierarchy of grief, only your experience—and it matters deeply.
