Coaching for Clarity, Calm, and Change
Who I am
I’m Tracey Thorn—a coach, EFT provider, and NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback trainer based in Nelson Tasman, NZ. I’m here to hold space for you: to listen deeply, walk alongside you, and support you in reconnecting with the clarity and calm that already live within you.
Quietude isn’t just a name—it’s an invitation. To soften, to slow down, and to hear the quiet voice inside that knows what you need to feel free, whole, and fully yourself.
My Approach
Our work begins with meaningful conversation. We’ll explore your life gently and with care—looking at the patterns, beliefs, and questions that have brought you here. Together, we uncover new perspectives and create space for you to take empowered, sustainable steps forward.
You don’t have to have it all figured out. We start where you are, and move at a pace that feels right for you. Through small, intentional shifts, you can begin to feel more aligned in your relationships, your work, your wellbeing, and your sense of self.
This isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about creating lasting transformation through grounded, compassionate support.
My Passion
Feeling stuck is a deeply human experience—one that can feel isolating, heavy, and hard to name. It might show up as frustration, restlessness, burnout, or the sense that something is missing, even if everything looks “fine” on the outside.
I’m passionate about helping people move through that stuckness. Whether it’s outdated beliefs, unfulfilling work, a new health diagnosis, or simply the quiet ache of not living in alignment, I’m here to support your shift toward something more true.
I’ve lived that journey too—of living by others’ expectations, believing I had to be everything to everyone, and losing touch with my own needs and voice. Coaching was my turning point. It gave me the tools and permission to choose a new path—and now, I offer that same space to you.
If you’re ready to explore what’s next—to get unstuck, feel more like yourself, and create a life that feels easeful and meaningful—
I’m here to support you.
Let’s find your quiet. Let’s move forward together.
